Our Samsung fridge is currently not cooling. Freezer seems OK and the fridge light and temperature controls are all working (please see images below). We have a fridge full of food at the moment. and so a response regarding next steps would be greatly appreciated.
Hey @Shalen_Patel, have a look at this link, choose "Temperature and frost" issue and follow all the troubleshooting steps provided. If the issue doesn't get sorted by the end of the guide, you will be invited to book a repair for your fridge.
