To Whom This May Concern:

I have tried to repeatedly schedule a repair on the Samsung website. After I login, I go to the support side, I get everything set and press that final button to only be taken in a constant loop. I have tried multiple devices and multiple browsers. Everything is up to date. This extremely frustrating.

@LeRoy83: If you continue to experience issues while booking an engineer's inspection via the online portal, then please contact Samsung US directly via the link below, and an advisor will be able to make the necessary arrangements for you.

@Ciara12: Have you arranged an engineer's inspection by contacting Samsung Support in your region, or via our dedicated website? If so, and if you have chosen our Pick Up Service, then the courier will provide packaging when they collect the device, which will be used to safely transport your A12 to the Service Centre.

No. They have not helped me at all. So, I had a non-Samsung technician come out and assess my dishwasher only to tell me it would cost $800 to fix it. That’s more than I paid for the dishwasher?! I’ll never buy Samsung for anything again. The technician said that everyone who calls for Samsung ends up removing their devices for non-Samsung devices. What really makes me angry is, we only used it for a year before the issues. The device looks like it has never been used and I can’t do anything with it. It’s actually horrible. We are actually pursuing a lawsuit for a replacement.
