Hello. The "washer" broke on this "arm" of my dishwasher. Can anyone tell me the proper name of the part so I can try and source a replacement? Thank you. 😀
@Bob Nash: If the part has broken off, then I strongly recommend getting in touch with the Samsung Support Team in your region, who can arrange for the dishwasher to be inspected and repaired by an authorised Samsung engineer. This will ensure that the correct part is replaced, and the device is returned to it's warranty specifications.
