Issue with refund

I made an order through Samsung.com on Feb 13th for 3 appliances worth 2,525.6 including refrigerator, dryer and microwave and put an order return request on March 5th as they messed up with the order. The order was picked by their logistics company on March 12 known as Temco logistics. Since then I am awaiting my refund. I followed up with Samsung more than 15 times escalated multiple cases and talked to multiple agent. They have their classic response saying the case is still unresolved

I would go through your bank and do a charge back.

As this is Customer to Customer, I'm afraid there isn't anything we can do here.

You'll need to engage with Samsung Customer Services as you've been doing.

Have the items been collected yet? Is yes then refund is normally about 14 days after. If no, they won't refund until they've been collected, returned to warehouse and checked back in.

I also note you mention Temco. Are you based in the US at all? If so you maybe better off reaching out on your US Community forum.

Thank you ! Yeah working with the bank in parallel. Samsung customer service has been a pain
