My new fridge freezer RS8000 arrived and doors are not aligned at the top.
Looking at the instructions, it seems I can only raise the right hand side door but to align the doors I need to drop the right hand side door or raise the left hand side door.
Any idea how to do this?

It's odd that none of the pictures on the Samsung site show this "feature". This is false advertising and I will raise this with the ASA today.
The complete lack of any real customer support from Samsung is the thing that I've learned most from this - I will have to take this in to account when it comes to appliance purchasing in the future. It's really terrible.

Totally agree! I’m happy to lodge a complaint with the ASA also - how do you do it? We should direct their attention to this message thread to show it’s not an isolated incident!

Does anyone from Samsung actually monitor this forum or is it purely their way to pass the responsibility of support off to the angry mob ?

This is a joke. I've chatted online, posted in here and emailed the support email address and absolutely nothing from Samsung.

And still, after emailing constantly, no attempt or even suggestion from Samsung as to how they intend to resolve this issue.

Has anyone solved this issue? I have the same issue and have managed to turn 'nut B' but it does nto turn low enough to bring the door down. Surely this can't be a Samsung 'Feature', can it?

Something to try as it worked on mine. Initially the right-hand door was about half-an-inch higher than the left.
There's an adjustable black plastic foot on the left hand side of the unit (i.e. the freezer side) at the front which is turnable with either a screwdriver or a big wrench. It's circular and maybe half-an-inch in depth and should turn fairly easily. When I turned this foot clockwise, that corner of the fridge-freezer moved upwards and, by some magic, the gap between the two doors reduced. It takes a few turns, and I'm not sure if there's a limit to how far you can go, but I've turned mine now so that the two doors are more or less level.
Sounds counter-intuitive, and there's no mention of it in the instructions, but it seemed to work. Might be worth a go, if nothing else has worked.

This took us a long time to figure out but you need to shim the back of your fridge freezer with shims... we put 6mm under the back right foot and 3mm under the rear left hand side... then adjusted both front feet so that the doors were 55mm off the ground and it levels the appliance in our case... for a 2k fridge freezer this is a bit of a disappointment !

I'd thought of adding shims to the back feet too, but our fridge/freezer is enclosed in a kitchen unit so it needs to be pulled out of the enclosure to be able to access the back feet. Pushing the fridge back into its location will dislodge the shims so I'll need to think of another method.
Why did Samsung make such a frustrating mess of what should be quite a straight-forward part of the installation process. I'm starting to question our decision to purchase this Samsung product already.
