Help! I returned a damaged Dual Flex oven divider on the 18th of December 2020 and requested a replacement.

It is now 21st January 2021 and still no replacement, rendering my new oven unfit for purpose. I have conducted 2 video chats, sent 8 emails with 8 apologies for delay. Thats it!  I am at the end of my tether, does anyone on the community have any advice on where to seek legal advice

I've just returned my damaged Dual Flex oven.  1) amazed they send it  out like this (no way it was damaged after it was packaged)<. 2) They pick it up and then take 7 - 10 days to deliver the replacement  - now i am left without an oven and the additional cost of having it fitted .  3) Samsung is. joke - how can you take this company seriously , no wonder Apple is way ahead.
