has anyone experienced a fault with the ice maker on this fridge model it was frozen up, i have defrosted and reset fridge it will make one set of ice cubes and then the mechanism that pushes the cubes out freezes up and it stops working again until i defrost and reset and then same again .
it does look like some of the little plastic flaps on the ice cube dispensing arms are missing on one side , would this cause a problem , it also so looks like ice is getting under the ice cube dispensing are freezing expanding and stopping the arm moving
was there a recall on theses ice makers or is it worth a email to samsung support ?
