We have a Samsung RB31 Fridge Freezer.
Following a 3 hour power cut the front display panel (which shows fridge/freezer temperatures) has been flashing. This has continued for over 24 hours. The fridge/freezer is working (fridge and freezer temperature have been measured using thermometer. However the display panel keep flashing the blue lights (next to -19C / 3C temperature levels.
Have cycled the fridge/freeze power a couple of times. Once for 10 minutes, and once for 30 minutes. However the flashing/blinking persists - even AFTER the fridge and freezer have reached target temperatures (-19C / 3C).
How do I get the display to stop flashing/blinking???
Thanks/Nick

Could we take the full model code of the Fridge Freezer please? This should be on a label on the inside of the door.

@Members_fbFXtgf: After a power failure, the temperature LEDs can blink if the compartment temperatures are too low, so please try pressing the Fridge or Freezer buttons in the meantime to see if this helps.

Hi @Stu156, I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your Fridge Freezer. To help determine if an inspection is required, please visit the following the page: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
When you're on the page, select 'Home Appliances' > Refrigerators > Follow the on-screen instructions, and select the issue you're having. This will take you through some troubleshooting steps to complete. If a repair is required, the option to arrange this will be provided once these steps are completed.
