Fridge freezer digital display not working

Hello all

Hoping someone can help me on this one please. I have same issue as another user.
All of a sudden, the water and ice dispensers have stopped working along with the display. Both the fridge and freezer are working fine and so are the lights inside the fridge freezer. 
the ice test button doesn’t chime and the auger motor seems to be running constantly. 

any ideas please?

How long have you had the fridge-freezer? Maybe check the warranty period.

I've done a little digging, and problems like this may be better addressed by speaking to Samsung directly to get it sorted.
