I have just registered my new washer and dryer.  The warranty expiry date on the dryer is wrong.  It should be a 2 year warranty:

How do I get this fixed, there is no help it just says raise a dispute.

@phayden: I'm sorry to hear that your Dryer's warranty is not correctly represented on your Samsung account. Please be aware that registration of your products is for your personal records, and won't affect the actual warranty, which activates automatically on the date of purchase. If you hang on to your proof of purchase for the appliance, then this can be used to verify the warranty period, should you need to proceed with our warranty service.

Hi I have bought this from Argos, shows 5 year warranty but it is showing just 1 year when I’ve registered with Samsung’s website. Can you please help?

Hi there, @A K Khan. We seem to have missed your first message, so I apologise for the delay in replying. If your extended warranty is with Argos (some retailers offer an extended warranty or guarantee), I'd recommend liaising with the retailer (should you need to activate the warranty outside the standard term, of course).

If the extended warranty was offered by Samsung, it would need to have been registered separately via the extended warranty site. You would then receive an email confirming this, which we recommend that you retain for future reference and possible future use.

Can you remember whether the extended warranty was Argos' own promotion/offer or did you register it with Samsung? If you're unsure, I'd recommend reaching out to Argos, as our extended warranties need to be registered within 90 days of your purchase date.

Certainly, @A K Khan. Please can you let me know the model number (just this, please) of washing machine or dryer you ordered from Argos, so I can look into this for you?

@A K Khan: I have looked into this for you, and this model does indeed qualify for the extended 5 year warranty. In order to register for the warranty, please follow the link below, look for 'Purchased a qualifying product from 1st September 2022 - 30th October 2023', and click on the 'Register' button below to proceed.

Using the link above, it is only possible to register a warranty for a product purchased 31/09/23 or earlier. Your website does not allow any date after 31/09/23 to be selected. This seems to be a fault on your website. I've made multiple attempts on two different browers. Please advise how I can register a 5-year warranty on an eligible item purchased 23/10/23. Thanks!
