I just register my washing machine on the app. But is it registered with samsung? Can't seem to get trough someone on the chat, just the AI answeres 😒 Anyone can help? I need to make sure the produt is registered. Thanks in advance

@Patricia1974: If you have registered your washing machine on the Samsung Members app via Support > Register, then please note that this is for your own records only. Please be assured that registration of your appliance is not required in order to activate your standard warranty, as this happens automatically on the date of purchase, and runs for 24 months.

@AndrewL thank you so much for your response. I need to register to activate the extra 3 year that was offered when I purchased it. So I need to try again on Samsung website.

I follow the link but I'm still struggling. My machine model doesn't show on the drop down menu although there is 54 models bit just shows 10 and I don't seem to manage to see the remaining models. Maybe I need to try on the laptop?
