My dish was machine soddenly stop to turn on without reason, call Samsung customer service, they send a technical , he found out that reason of the issue faulty control panel , it is very well known manufacturing defect, and it is easy to fix , but unfortunately Samsung do no manufacture this parts anymore, because of defect. Call Samsung again for possible solution , but being treated very poorly , given promises but nothing happened so far . Very poor customer service and no loyalty to customer and no support at all , Samsung do not stand behind product that they manufactured . Things are happening everywhere , especially manufacture defects, but company has to help solve problems not just sell this problems to customers.
