Had washer and dryer for 2 years now. Replaced the suspension rods and 2 months later it is throwing spin codes and sounding like someone is breaking in my home. Won't complete any cycle with out losing control. Had an appliance person come and all he could tell me was "don't buy Samsung washers and dryers. They are junk and you will never be able to successfully complete the tasks at hand. Toss these and get whirlpool or maytag" I literally got NO help. Not even from maintenance!!!! I AM OVER IT 😭😭 I HAVE NO TIME NOR MONEY FOR MORE REPAIRS!! UGH
