Microwave MS23K3515

I have just purchased the above microwave.  Instructions are set time.  Plugged it in and got 1200, then pressed clock picked 12 hr, pressed clock.  Instructions say turn dial and pick hour the press clock.  Unfortunately when I turn the dial it just keeps coming up 12hr/24hr won't let me put hour in.  Have tried several times no luck,  Can anyone help please?

It seems you're pressing the wrong button to save your selection of 12hr or 24hr. Have you tried pressing different buttons to save and move the menu from 12hr/24hr to the next option?

Failing that I would return for an exchange as there maybe an issue with the microwaves program...

@Jackierobso1: To set the time on your microwave, press the Clock button > Turn the dial to select 12 or 24 hour, then press 'Select' > Use the dial to set the hour, then hit 'Select' > Do the same for the minutes, and hit 'Select' to complete the process. Let me know if this helps.
