In 2021 I had my Heat Pump condenser dryer repaired. The heat exchange was changed. Not only that the fluff had transferred all around the machine. The repairman had to open up the sides and clean fluff out. I dread to think what would have happened if the fluff had caught fire. I now have the same problem and the dryer isn't drying. I was given a special tool to clean the heat exchange. I have been doing that. The Heat Exchange isn't damaged as well. I have stopped using the machine as I'm scared in case the fluff is all around the machine again. I don't want a repair again as it's not worth it. I think the machine is made really poorly if this happens and should be a warning to all.

I just want to add that there is no longevity in this product and the fluff problem makes it DANGEROUS

Has anyone had issues with their Heat Pump Dryers?

After googling the Heat Exchange, the number of problems people have had with this part is immense. Even after following the advice on how to clean it it is impossible to clean the Heat Sxchange without being left with lots of problems. If all Samsung dryers have this Heat Exchange , then I suggest people AVOID AVOID AVOID!

It's a shame no one from Samsung responded to defend the Heat Exchange part. They know it's a failure.
