I am so tired of reading all the posts that are the same problem I am having. Washer stops with 11 minutes left because the drum crashes side to side and then the washer stops and goes back to 23 rinse cycle. My clothes went through 5 rinse cycles! I finally caught the machine after the failed spin and hung the clothes up as they were too wet to ho into the dryer. Just look at the # of complaints with this issue! Why have these machinrmes not had a recall! WHy is Samsung NOT addressing this issue? I had the gourmet spring rods replaced and that lasted 4 wash loads and now the refusing to fully spin is back! I will never buy anor Samsung! Right now I'm hanging wash up as I'm at a list as to what to do. The machine is 5 years old! Am I to throw it away?
