Dual Cook oven NV75N5671RS - When is oven preheating complete?

Hello, we have just installed a second hand Dual Cook oven (model NV75N5671RS) and, whilst we know how to set the temperature that we wish to cook at, we are unsure as to how to tell that this temperature has been reached. We are using the Dual Cook mode (top oven) and the display is as the attached photograph. When should we put the food in??

Go by the manual there should be a beep after preheating has finished.

Also, you can actually turn sound on and off on this oven by holding the timer icon for three seconds.

(Timer button is bottom left one of the four on the left side of display panel shown in pic).

You may just have sound off and not hear the beep!

We have similar on our Hotpoint oven, however it also displays a message saying 'preheating done, insert food etc'
