Gas oven shuts off when burner is turned on

On January 2, 2022 i purchased a Samsung 30-in 5 burners self cleaning smart gas range. Recently, while I have the oven on, if I turn on a top burner, the oven shuts off and starts blinking 12:00. It only happens when I turn a burner on. It’s frustrating as the range is just over a year old. I have Easter dinner to cook soon. Can someone help?

Could we take the full model code of your oven please? This should be on a label either on the oven door, or at the back of the oven.

My oven does the same thing! It has ruined so many meals turning off the oven if you turn the burner on. And the constant blinking no matter how many times you reset the clock is maddening! How do I fix this!!!! I'm tired of it ruining things that are baking!
