Fridge Freezer - RF24R7201SR Water Filter

I have just changed the filter on the fridge and I can't seem to get rid of 'Filter' in red.  Instructions say to hold down 'filter reset' for 3 seconds but not sure that's even working.  It doesn't feel like it is doing anything when I press where it says filter reset.

@Tarponway: If you have replaced the filter, and pressed the Filter Reset button for around 3 seconds, then the filter reset indicator should switch off. If this isn't the case, please can you check out pages 78-79 of the user manual via the link below to ensure that you have replaced the filter correctly?

Thank you for your reply Andrew.  We have checked the manual and we did everything as per the instructions.  The red filter light is still on.
