Cant register 5 year warranty for Tumble Dryer, date of purchase is blank?

I can fill everything in, except the date. There is no way to select anything in October. I bought directly from Samsung shop so have the standard 2 year. But I also want the 5 year.

I have tried Google Chrome and Safari on my MacBook and iPhone. Any ideas how to resolve?

Are you using the correct form? See the section:

'Purchased a qualifying product from 1st September 2022 – 30th October 2023?' on the following link: https://www.samsung.com/uk/fiveyearwarranty/

I am also having this issue and would like a solution. In the 1st September 2022 - 30th October 2023 form the dates you can select end on September 31st. The other form the dates only start on November 1st. 

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

The website is painfully slow and I found does not work on Chrome browsers. I ended up using it very, very very patiently on microsoft Edge browser which loaded and whilst very slow did eventually work.

The machine fuzzy search box required the time it takes to wash 2 children before it returned a result set and allowed me to continue. Patience is the key with this tool. I was about to send an email with my purchase information to request customer services to do it manually when the appliance search finally returned.

Samsung, its almost like you don't want people to register for their 5 year warranty. It was difficult to find the website and require saint like patience to get through it. I easily managed to register for the appliance default 2 year warranty on your standard website, why not jus auto register the 5 years when I did that?
