Please does anyone have any advice on how to fix the auto conditioner dispenser on my WW109H9600 Washing Machine.

I love my washing machine and it works beautifully apart from not dishing out the conditioner.

The detergent side works perfectly and the conditioner is not clogged up

Fingers crossed!

Hi ,

Sorry to hear about your dispenser woes , you have joined a rapidly ever longer list of dissastified  customers that have been let down by Samsung washing machines . My engineer solved the issue by replacing the pump units at the back of the dispenser and recommended diluting the conditioner 50% . He admitted that based on the callouts that he had , it appears likely that there is a design fault but as usual cooperations never listen to customers it seems and Samsung is no exception to the rule

I was told exactly the same and did dilute my fabric softener 50:50, it didn’t change a thing my auto dispenser was swapped out too.

This issue is an ever growing one.  And Samsung do blow all about it.
just don’t ever recommend them and never buy their rubbish appliances again.

This is the culprit, thecrubers seals at the back of the despensor unit, as you can see in the picture, the top one has deformed. This os from the conditioner side of the despensor, the bottom one is from the detergent side. Anyone know how to get a replacement seal? Samsung this really needs to be addressed.20230129_130520_1000010842_1674997521.jpg

Exactly the same deformation to the rubber as mine.  Samsung did Jack Schitt about it.
never buying Samsung again.
dumped the machine at the top and bought Miele and so glad I did far superior washing than Samsung *****.

Hi ,

Yeah i have kept the original motor pump assy. The engineer cited a manufacturer design fault and advised to use a diluted solution 50-50 water and softener . But that isnt really a fix , and Samsung should offer replacement machines or at least fix , and reimburse the cost of stress and hassle that owners of these woeful machines have experienced !

You cannot go wrong with a Miele . Superb engineering that will outlive the owner alas at a price .

If i could afford a Miele , i would ditch all of my Samsung appliances bar the TV and fridge which have provided faultless service

I know its not right , and most people will not take this into account, but you do still  get a lot of washing machine still for your money even if you exclude the autodose feature. You could even pay more for a washing machine and still not get autodose, and maybe not as many features as the samsung.

Invertor quiet motor, wifi, ecobubble feature, steam feature, just to name a few features. - the only thing Samsung done wrong in the design was to do an autodose machine without adding 2 compartments in the draw. The normal Fabric conditioner on the left with syphon and a right compartment for the detergent - and then the 2 autodose compartments.
- instead they give you one manual compartment in the middle which is not ideal

and just out of curiosity though how much did that Miele cost you versus the Samsung , and has the Miele got all the same features/options as the Samsung had on it?

It cost the same as the Samsung and has more features, the clothes smell fresher and the machine is so quiet I had to check it was running when I first had it.

It’s a TwinDos machine and I’m very glad I changed over. I absolutely recommend Miele.
Hope this helps.

thats amazing well done for getting it the same price as the samsung.  I paid €540euro (works out at £474 pound sterling) for my Samsung WW90T534DAW washing machine with AutoDose - I did not realise you could get an Autodose Miele washing for that same price!

I like the sound of these Miele makes but they have always been (in the past anyway) a massive expensive price compared to other brands on the market - they have certainly (well the older ones anyway) have always received great reviews from owners for reliability and (well in the past) well built with good quality parts - enjoy!

Do you have to get special Miele detergent things with their TwinDos I thought I read somewhere to use that system? some kind of special containers?
