Please does anyone have any advice on how to fix the auto conditioner dispenser on my WW109H9600 Washing Machine.

I love my washing machine and it works beautifully apart from not dishing out the conditioner.

The detergent side works perfectly and the conditioner is not clogged up

Fingers crossed!

Bit late to party but anyone get a solution to this recently? I've had my new Samsung S6 machine for a week and this softner autodose problem has been apparent from the first wash. I'm not changing my brand of softner, that's not the solution that's a work around and for a £600+ machine it's not acceptable.
Do I bother to troubleshoot this or get Samsung to replace asap? Is the problem with all the autodose machines? Do I pay more to get one that works?
Annoyingly I purchased a dryer as part of a bundle so I'd have to send both back. The heat pump dryer is great btw.

I too have this problem with a WW80T534DAN/S1. Any advice on how to get it resolved would be most welcome.

Thanks

Hi ,

Welcome to  the club of disappointed customers . If your machine is 5 years or younger you can contact Samsung via Live Chat and explain the issue . In my case , an engineer was sent out to fix the clogged pump and it has worked satisfactorily since . He advised to weaken the softener dosage 50% to avoid blockages . Although not officially declared this is a design fault of sorts as it never happened with my 24 year old Bosch washer .

Alternatively , get insurance cover with an independent appliance insurer ( quite a few on google ) and you may get covered depending upon age of the appliance . There is a waiting period before you can claim with some of them and check out reviews and ratings .

Good luck with your quest

Hi have given up with Samsung now using tabs you put in the drum. Parts are £100 if you want to DIY repair. Design fault Samsung won’t fix

hold on a moment just pause there - you had a Bosch washing machine 24 years ago that had the auto-dose feature on it! ???

I have the same issue on my WW10M86DQOO/EU. bought it from costco. I have the pump replaced once already and same issue again within 18 months.

Bought it from Costco online, it was repaired once by costco 2 yr warranty.  the extended 3yr warranty was not registered by Samsung so now the second time fault is been charged for.

Very disappointed with Samsung.

Even if I get it repaired again, it will need attention within 18months again. This cannot continue. Samsung knows it is a design fault and are happy selling the replacement pump at over £100 instead of sorting the seals out !!!!

my washing machine is only 3yrs old, why can't samsung honour the 5 yr warranty and repair known fault???

It is absolutely unforgiveable that a consumer giant like Samsung cannot recall its faulty products or at least identify the faulty design -faulted goods and extend the warranties as a gesture of good will .

After all , people have spent hard cash on the reputation of Samsung products and will not buy again for sure .......

Once a month , i add water to dilute the conditioner but that is not the answer . Have you considered a complaint against Samsung via the Resolver website as it may elicit a response ....
