Z Fold 3 - Bluetooth Issues

Hi

For the past few weeks my Z Fold 3 has been dropping in & out of Bluetooth. Sometimes wont even allow me to turn it on. It will pair to my watch and then ill get notifications saying it has disconnected. When in my car it will just totally drop & not re-connect. Has anyone come across this before?

@smithy9999: Do you have a case or cover on the phone? If so, try removing it temporarily to see if this helps. If you're making sure to stay within Bluetooth range of your Z Fold3 (around 10 metres), then please head to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Advanced settings > Bluetooth control history, and check here to see if any apps are turning off Bluetooth. You may also wish to unpair and re-pair any Bluetooth devices that are currently connected, to see if this helps.

I have exactly the same issue. My Z FOLD 3 5G is on its way back from the repair centre for the second time without fault being found! I can find it within 5 mins it fails.

I've given up trying to get help from Samsung. I've spent so long on chats, phone calls, emails and am now looking for someone who can just fix it for me if even I have to pay. I can show anyone within 5 mins how it fails and it is very clear that its a physical problem as if the phone is tapped or I drive over a bump the Bluetooth drops out. Its not rocket science but because your inadequate test don't take into account real life use they don't pick on the fault despite so many of your customers experiencing the same thing.... why not just replace the Bluetooth module or at the very least check the stability of its circuitry

Mines not been back as yet. Ive been there before with phone issues (not samsung) and theyve struggled to find the issue. Even tho i showed it in there store
