Screen on but touch not working main screen z fold 4. Phone is under 2 years old. Seems like a lot of users having issue with the main fold screen not working which points to the fold mechanism not being reliable. Back to Apple phone which even though is not as exciting it is quality and always works.

Please let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on and they'll assess your phone.

The phone was taken in for repair under the 24 month warranty and the main screen, battery, plus some other components were replaced and now working perfectly.....
