Samsung - ZFLIP6, reasons to join the FLIP SIDE

I've done a few long-winded posts today, but think this one just needs to cut through the BS and to the point, note this is based on my view and interestingly my son's and wife's thoughts, who also get to play around with the ZFLIP6, supervised by me, lest they starting snooping my messages, shopping, etc... 😮

ZFLIP6 WHY BUYS

1. SIZE/WEIGHT = Tiny fits in your pocket (no bulges) a lanyard (no stiff neck)

2. FLEXIBILITY = For content creation, it is so cool, no need to carry mounts around

3. FRONT SCREEN = Is super useable, meaning less screen time, add Goodlock and 😎

4. UNQIUE = Customisation, cases, the look (always getting stares)

5. NO RSI = Slab phones, even my ZFOLD give my repetitive strain, and both thumbs

6. LOVE IT = There is no going back to slabs

I like to be honest and not biased, durability is a worry, we have had a few expensive repairs, and it is like carrying a piece of fragile jewellery, but I'll answer that by directing you to point 6 above 😋

@Obsydian how do you feel about the hinge of the phone? more improved now compared to other flips? Want to get it for my girlfriend but only thing stopping me is the screen and hinge issues of previous Zflips.

Hi, luckily I have the ZFLIP3,4,5 and 6, I think the 5 and 6 nailed it, the 6 wins as it has a better feel, but of course better reliability tear-shaped hinge if I recall correctly, but I prefer to make up my mind than listen to tech babble.

The outer screen on the ZFLIP6 is fun, creative and cool, my ZFOLD4 outer screen is boring like a slab phone 😭

Thank you much appreciated it 🙂 will check thread as well and yeah I know "the tech babble" thing it's not really reliable because at the end of the day it depends on how you using phone if you clumsy etc there's loads of factors like person said "I hate flip series due hinge and screen issues" but then he works in construction sites with dirt all that type of stuff and keeps phone in pocket while working.. I just based opinion from good friends who owns repair shops and said that there was loads people coming in with hinge issues anyway thank you for your review and response glad to see honest opinion. 🙂

You were right about the looks, especially nearer the unpacked event. I felt like it was a showpiece every time I used my device in public. People were asking me to have a look, and I've had a few great conversations with people who were interested in the Fold design.

Aww, thank you, it's what i dislike about supposed Influencers.

It is interesting you mention if you are clumsy with your phone, even if you are not, sod's law and all that, but I do find the ZFLIP lends itself well to the lanyard or like my son uses for school a belt wallet, the former is what you now see all the iPhone lovers doing but more crossbody cases, but its heavy, swings and allot of smashed screens and neck strain.

At the gym you always get someone looking, I tend to put the ZFLIP6 on a small but perfect flat surface, angle it to me and watch the content or health stats.

That said I am pissed off though, as I would never take my Samsung watch or Mobile into the Gym Spa, but everyone has their Apple Watch on and someone even their iPhones in the hot sauna !!!

My sphincter was twitching 🤣
