Updated our ZFOLD6 and ZFLIP6 devices to the official UI7 on Sunday. For the ZFOLD6, I went with a full clean install, restore data only, so far no issues, but the ZFLIP6 was an install over and only a clear cache, resulting in one screen of death moment.
As you peeps know, I keep it short and sweet. UI7 has been a major upgrade for AI, photos, videos, and editing. I even like the animations (I usually turn animations off).
Stand out for me are the camera, auto filters, ability to then apply that filter to say a whole folder (but I prefer a stock point and shoot, then post), Sound eraser is better than I recall at Unpacked25 and the Samsung France workshop, more options that just voice and the lazy AI option, which I began to prefer that tweaking individual wind, noise, voice, etc...
Call record and translate and summarise is awesome, will be using that allot for jokes and serious stuff (promise).
AI options are allot more comprehensive, but not sure if that's just down to a clean install and battery life a better.
Back to the camera app, I love it, end of.
For once its not tweaked aesthetics, it is a valuable feature I wanted and via software.
Various 12M point, shoot with motion on, a few mega zoom ins.
