I'm sorry to hear your experiencing these issues with your phone 😔
Do ensure your charging port is clear of debris in regards to the issues with charging.

Usb reset.
Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down, and tap on 'USBSettings' > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, then restart your device.
In regards to the other issues you could try these generic troubleshooting steps >
And Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
However it maybe the case that a Samsung Service Centre needs to have hands on.

Hi mine has started having a black main screen when opened, have tried several comments on the forum about flp 4 without success
It did appear after an update so hoping the next update will cure it? Or get rid of it
However it's not a cure but this did appear to work for me
1. Removed screen protector cleaned screen
2. When in the fold position press the power button the rear display lights up brighter
3. Open the flip phone the main display becomes available
