Is the upgrade program finished? I've been on it for 3 years now and it's well over a year since I upgraded to fold 5, but haven't had an email to upgrade and haven't been able to get onto the upgrade lounge.

So if I wait it out for the remaining 12 months will samsung still buy the phone back or will I have to pay the remaining 20% balance? I won't want to keep this at the end of the agreement

Your best approach is to contact Samsung Customer Support and ask your questions.

As far as I know, current upgrade Members will still carry on as before. Just can't upgrade anymore using that program.

But contact them to get the definite relevant information you need

Yeh that's how the document reads, but when I try to log into upgrade lounge it just says technical difficulties. Contacting samsung uk customer service is pointless, they are terrible.

The upgrade site is shut down now as far as I have seen. Has been for a few months.
Unfortunately Customer Support is only your option

@hipwell: In the frequently asked questions section of the Samsung Upgrade Lounge it sates, "Unfortunately, the Samsung Upgrade Programme has been shut down as of 17th January, 2024. Existing Samsung Upgrade customers may still be offered the ability to purchase a new device after 12 months. Simply log into the Upgrade Lounge, select your new device, and checkout using one of our offered payment & finance options."

If you're unable to access the Upgrade Lounge, then please call our Support Team, and an advisor will be able to look into this further for you.

Well I found the issue, where you log in and it says enter your loan agreement number, well the number on the emails which says loan agreement number isn't the one it wants, it's actually the order number it wants. Managed to get logged In and was going to upgrade but u fortunately the 300 off when trading in an old device isn't available when you are sending an old upgrade device back

I'm trying to login to upgrade and get the same error. I've tried my order number, loan agreement number etc but just says "We're experiencing technical difficulties". My phone display has died and only 5 months left on the 24 month plan so was going to upgrade (despite the S25 due out at the end of my plan, but can't be without a phone).

I would phone the number above, but I need a phone to be able to make calls
