my phone is less than 2 years old, and always worked very well. Just after the UI7 upgrade - literally, on the same day - the phone started to give me black screens roughly 50% of the times I open it. The black screens can last anything between 5 seconds to several minutes, making the phone completely useless during that time.
I tried restarting the phone holding the volume down as well as holding the volume up for 10 seconds, problem persist.
I've read it's not easy (or not possible?) to revert back the update, however because of this SW update my phone is unreliable and I'd need to buy a new one!
Seeking for directions from the Samsung team - surely I won't buy another Samsung if SW updates that can't be reversed make the phone unusable.
Please help.
