My Galaxy Z Flip 4 keeps shutting down when folded and often suddenly shut down

Hi,

Need help if anyone have the same issue and able to solve this. 

I have just passed a couple weeks from 1 year of using this Z Flip 4, and suddenly my phone keeps randomly shut down and cannot be turned on without giving bait by charging it first. 

Then if it already turns on, either it can suddenly shut down or if folded, it will shut down.

It's really bothersome as this is my main phone. I hope that I won't have to spend much to fix it.

Hey I've got this problem since last Monday, have you got any updates? Could it be that is it the software? Or is it really something else. I've only had the phone for 3 months :((

Hi, I took mine to Samsung customer service and they fixed it for free. Seems it was their fault. When I asked what was wrong with it they told me to read the report they will send me. I haven't, because i can't see their email.  I asked what parts they changed, they said the cover and the battery

Hi did you exerience any issues with phone charging before the total failure? My phone when run out of juice couldnt be charged by a regular charger. Had to be stared with wireless charger. Liyerally from day 2 it was an issue which I didnt recognised right away. Now in 15th month of warranty, clising the phone tirns it off and Samsung is fobbing me off. No it suddently started to turn off when closing it. It's has been fixed but i have to say that now it seems slower and sometime i have no sound when receiving messages so i have to reatart the phone
