My Galaxy Z Flip 4 keeps shutting down when folded and often suddenly shut down

Hi,

Need help if anyone have the same issue and able to solve this. 

I have just passed a couple weeks from 1 year of using this Z Flip 4, and suddenly my phone keeps randomly shut down and cannot be turned on without giving bait by charging it first. 

Then if it already turns on, either it can suddenly shut down or if folded, it will shut down.

It's really bothersome as this is my main phone. I hope that I won't have to spend much to fix it.

Anyone from the UK with this prob??

1) did you get it fixed from samung

2) how much did it cost and rough time plz

3) which centre did you use

Seems like a lot of people having the same prob after approx 2 years of ownership, goes to show why samsung warranty is 2 years haha

Oh my days, the same problem is with my phone, it's randomly turning off when I close it. Seems OK otherwise, it shouldn't happen but can't afford to get it fixed. It will be 3 yrs old in March has only just started to have issues.

I have had mine for 2 years. No problems until last week or so, screen goes blank and screen flickers when I try and unfold. Now it's shuts off completely when closed.

Solution: after several Samsung smartphones I now use a Google Pixel 10 pro. No folding problems.
