Have you tried a combination of another charger and another cable and swapping them round to see if that works (ruling in or out your current charger and / or cable)?

Watch for Samsung claiming the slightest sniff of damage (and I mean slightest) for them to charge £315 before they'll fix it.
Multiple threads about this.
If you do send it off, take pics and videos of it before you do.

Hi @EllEllEll
I'm disheartened to hear of the issues your facing with your phone namely charging the battery. 😔
You could try >
Usb reset.
Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down, and tap on 'USBSettings' > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, then restart your device.
However if this does not work along with making sure the port is clean of debris, then a Samsung Service Centre will need yo assess your phone.
If you can't make it to a Samsung Service Centre then do take time and date stamped photo's of the phone to show it's aesthetic condition, one of it turned On, and another of the water indicator usually visible in the sim card slot.
Do package the phone very well and add appropriate insurance to cover any in-transit damage or loss.
Yes we do see posts on the Samsung Community Forum from people who claim their being charged a fee after the phone has been inspected, because if a phone does show signs of accidental damage then Samsung insists the phone has to be brought up to warranty standards.
Take into account forums are widely used by people signing upto vent etc ,as well as ask advice.
What we rarely see is a person taking the time to sign up to the forum to share their good experiences when seeking support from Samsung.
Would you let us know how you get on please.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Same issue here! Basically overnight, and fishy enough that it happens for other users as well around the same time. Would assume a software bug or someone put the timer for the planned obsolescence wrong. Based on the other story that i hear about sending it in don't sound to promising as well.
