Received my link for starter kit review and completed it however no conformation email has been sent to say thanks for review or review validated. Took a few attemps also as submit did not submit

@Heckmate: Please note that the terms and conditions, as shown in the screenshot in the original post by @Andrew2024, state that "you will not receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your review." If the review has been successfully submitted, then you should see an on-screen message thanking you for taking part, and advising that the free Starter Pack will be dispatched shortly. I hope this helps.

Hi I still haven't received review link after which I can get case and charger. Few my friends already got one and they ordered their phones after I did it. It's been 18 days since I placed and order.

It could very much be down to luck, it states 14 days after delivery. There would be an unimaginable amount of traffic for sendouts. Be sure to check spam, "promotions" check what email you used to place your order- did you get an order confirmation to the email you're checking?

Once its been 14 days after you have gotten the device then it might be worth contact live chat/ shop.uk@email.support .samsung.com

Yes confirmation email came to the same email address I am actually checking. My phone has been delivered to me last Monday so I guess I still have 7 days to wait.

"We will email you a link to complete a review form after the 14- day returns period has expired. You must review your phone using that link within 30 days of receiving your new handset, using the same email address you used to place your order. You will not receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your review. Once your review has been validated, we will deliver your free gift within another 30 days"

I suppose that 14-days returns period had already been expired as it started the day I've placed my order?

Cooling off period starts when you receive your product.

Also please note that you won't receive confirmation email once you submit review.

Do you know if there is anyway to see when the case/charger will arrive, or that your review was actually recived/accepted.
