Also check spam folder, if not I suggest to contact samaung support. Usually you will receive email within 14 days of cooling off period ended when you got your phone.

Does anyone know (or can make an educated guess) of what specific items are included in the free starter kit? I’ve ordered the S25 and want to decide whether to order a better case as it looks like the free case won’t be delivered until about 60 days after the phone.

This has come up in some previous threads @Andrew2024 and at present due to the early stages of the Promotional offer it isn't yet known.

A charger and a phone case but you have to leave a review after the 14 day return policy to claim it and can only leave the review via the email link they send you directly (whenever you get it).

I haven’t seen it advertised elsewhere, but it may be. Samsung direct have by far the best offers at the moment anyway! Just announced minimum £200 trade in for ANY Samsung smartphone
