@Craig22 You should definitely have received your email invite by now, so I'd recommend speaking to our Online Shop team, as they'll be able to look into this for you.

I thought it said that also it mentions that it will take 30d after that point so like 2m of waiting?

I already received the email on the 6th feb to review the device I pre ordered the phone on 31st jan and received the device on 1st Feb and yet am waiting for the free gifts samsung are saying my review isstill under validation there to slow to complete it.

You must review your phone using the link provided in this email within 30 days of receiving your new handset, using the same email address you used to place your order. You will not receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your review. Once your review has been validated, we will deliver your free gift within another 30 days. Limited to one free gift per order. Reviews must be submitted via the link we email to you. Colour assigned at random and could differ from imagery. Product might ship separately.

Also check spam folder, if not I suggest to contact samaung support. Usually you will receive email within 14 days of cooling off period ended when you got your phone.

Says one gift per order, so if you did them separately, I read that as eligible for x2
