Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

About the battery heat—is your phone lagging at all? This is because the Samsung S25U has a very good vapor chamber, meaning the phone may feel hotter than it actually is as it's pushing all the phone's heat away from the components, which is a good thing.

Did you use Smart Switch to move from an older device? I've seen some reports about apps causing weird issues. So, moving everything except apps and manually installing them seems to be the best solution.

In addition to this, wiping the phone's cache partition:
Plug into a PC, laptop, or USB-C headset. 1. Turn off the device by holding down the power button. 2. Press and hold the power button and volume buttons to enter recovery mode. 3. Use the volume buttons to navigate to Factory Reset or Wipe Data/Factory Reset. 4. Press the power button to select Factory Reset or Wipe Data/Factory Reset. 5. Confirm the selection.

Make sure you're using official samsung products to charge your device!!

I know expert, but there was an article about using the correct amp charging cable, it needs to be 3amp, no higher, no lower.
I'd start there if I were you
Good luck 🤞🏽🍀

It is definitely overheating, I only brought my ultra 25 pro last week. The way that it overheats is not something that I have observed on any other phone before. Browsing on tiktok for over 2 minutes will cause it to become really warm, and 2 minutes phone call will make it overheat. I am in Australia and has purchased it from JB hi-fi, and JB hi-hi and Samsung is kicking the ball to each other and expects us as the consumer to bear this phone with serious issue.

One thing for sure is that  overheating issue in a new phone that was in use for less than 1 week should not have very noticeable overheating issue during normal use. If the issue has been made clear to me, then I would not have purchased this phone. We shall bring a class action in Australia against Samsung, and feel free to let me know by leaving a comment, if anyone in Australia who has been experiencing the same issue would like to join. We can begin by reporting the matter jointly to ACCC and engage in own independent assessment.

I'm having the same issue over in Canada - something tells me it's not JB hi-fi that is the issue. Bought mine from Walmart (Big W equivalent in Canada)
