I have at least one app, that when opened, does not show the Navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
The work-around - in GoodLock / One Hand Operation +, I assign Task Switcher (Recents) to a 'handle' which I swipe from the right side of the screen.
That full screen app issue is not an Android issue or Samsung issue per se, it's probably an issue with the app itself. I'm not going to spend more time with this, but if you encounter the same issue, using One Hand Operation + and assigning a swipe gesture to Task Switcher, is a work-around.

Perhaps I was just a tad too quick to post my original message.
While the navigation bar doesn't appear when the app in question is full page, tapping the navigation bar area does in fact work.
Swiping up from the bottom of the screen doesn't work for that specific app, but tapping on the area, does.
Sorry. This entire thread was not necessary. My apologies.
