Here's a conundrum for you: "Adaptive brightness" doesn't want to adapt

HW/FW: Galaxy S25, One UI v.7.0, Android 15.

Issue description: When "Adaptive brightness" is On, under maximum bright light conditions (direct sunlight) it does not allow the user to adjust it to preferred brightness. When the light conditions are not extreme, adjusting is possible.

Additional details: I always keep the "Adaptive brightness" On and it has been always really useful. When it's dark, it lowers the brightness automatically, when there's more light in the environment I'm in - it will brighten up the display. This has been fine with my previous Samsung phones, but now with the S25 the screen gets too bright under direct sunlight and especially when the camera is on for photos, the display gets flickers - I have also had S25 Ultra very recently and this behavior is exactly the same, so it looks like "by design". It's just too bright for my liking and I don't need that amount of light emitted from the screen. It is also draining the battery much faster.

Request: I would like to be able to adjust the maximum maximum of the brightness when the "Adaptive brightness" is enabled, just like when the light is not that intense or when it is dark. It makes no sense to me that the software allows me to choose/adjust the "Adaptive brightness" in some circumstances but not in others.
