Free S25 Ultra case and charger

I completed the review as requested and understood my free S25 Ultra case and charger were on their way.

At the time of writing, I have received nothing and would appreciate Samsung letting me know when they will be received. Thank you and regards

After the review I believe the terms were 30 days shipping. Has it been 30 days since review?

Just to manage expectations, I was amongst the first to complete the review form, which I did at the start of February and received these items on 6th March.

They will come... but expect the delivery to take the allotted timescale.

The terms of this promotion were very clear. After completing a review, delivery would be within 30 days.

Hi there,
A way to check if you did it on time and properly is to go to your orders on your samsung account. Where it shows your s25 ultra there should be a drop down arrow to click and when clicking it should show you your case and wireless charger are added to the order. You maybe able to track it from here. For me it showed me when it was going to be delivered.

Seems like they're now sending a regular 45w wall brick... That's unacceptable. Email said due 1 August
