After I bought my 25 ultra I was keep waiting for that email for reviewing the phone to claim the case and wireless charger, nothing 😭😭😭😭
I should do something?

Hey there

I think you might be outside of the claim window now.....

Lots of people came on here and guidance was given on what to do (contact Samsung Customer Services or use the link provided)

I too have the same issue sadly.
I have contacted samsung customer services three times.each time to be told it's still waitng to be reviewed.
Very disappointed 😞

I received the email and did the review on the 6th Feb. The offer said the case and charger would be sent in 30 days.  It's been nearly 10 weeks and I've contacted support 3 times  during that period and provided a copy of the review they have on their site, the final message from them was...
"An email will be sent once validation is done. We may not have the specific timeframe for it but, we do assure that we will give you the gift as promised."

It is very poor I agree.we have spent good money.and like you I'm getting the same response from them. Feel very let down by samsung

Totally agree 10 weeks is not acceptable. If the stock has run out that may be the issue....
