I had the same when I imported a Samsung Note²⁰ from Hong Kong into the UK @Foe04
Samsung Wallet will not work.
Google Wallet will.
The section for promotions in your Samsung Members App will be blank which you can't change.
You may receive advice to try and change the software / CsC to try and make all this work.
My advice is to not do so because the worst case scenario is you'll end up with an unstable phone and no support from Samsung UK as your Manufacturer's Warranty is not valid on your phone as it's an import.

@Aklima unfortunately in this case a factory reset will not work.
A factory reset takes the phone back to the last successful software update.
It does not change the CsC and software on the phone.
