Never get my promotion item

I am extremely disappointed with Samsung. I bought an S24 on Black Friday 2024 and wrote a review for the free Galaxy Buds3 offer. They confirmed they had received my review but never finalized validation of it, and therefore, no Galaxy Buds are being sent out. It has been over half a year, and I have called them multiple times. Nothing has been resolved. Samsung, I am done calling you so I post here. If you see this, reach out to me and solve this, Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear of your issues. However this is a customer to customer forum and Samsung Customer Services will not respond on here.

As an aside, can you please confirm you placed your order whilst that particular promotion was on?

Did you enter the promotional code (I'm assuming you purchased from Samsung.com?). I ask as some people assumed a promotion on one site (a network carrier for example) applied to all orders which is not the case.

Hi, I ordered on the app when the promotion is on. They also sent an email to acknowledge the offer, just nothing came through.

You'll need to reach out to the Samsung Promotions Team to check if you followed the instructions for the promotion at the time.

If you didn't, they won't budge I'm afraid and I suspect this is the case here. (Said not knowing which promotion you wanted to use ((I know you said buds but promotions change almost daily)).

I reached out to them a lot of times. I saw another post saying you have to contact them via app live chat and complain about it. I just did that. If I don't hear anything I will call the promotion team again. I suspect they just want to drag on as long as possible, so many customers would get inpatient and forget about it
