Hello everyone, I acquired an S24 ultra US (TMB) . I am satisfied with it. However, I noticed that the device is still on Android 14 and the last update (safety) is June 1, 2024. So having "updated the device manually, I still have no update available to Android 15 or one UI 7. I am in Ivory Coast. Is there a solution to do this update?

@bemous: If you are unable to update your S24 Ultra over the air via Wi-Fi or Mobile data, then this suggests that the device is not intended for use in your region. Please note that software variances exist in our devices from country to country for compatibility purposes, and this can lead to issues with apps, services and updates when a device is used outside the country of origin.
With this in mind, you may wish to speak with the seller directly to discuss your options regarding a refund or replacement. If you have access to a home computer then you can also attempt to update the phone using Smart Switch.

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your S24 Ultra using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details.
