OneUi 7 had some very bad UI design choices which don't make sense to me.
The QuickSettings is now customisable but in a very limited way which makes the UI look weird as hell.
SmartView, Modes, Nearby Devices, Home, Media Output are always visible and there is no option to resize and/or remove them. Only thing you can do is change the order of these. (This may or may not be an Android 15 limitation but if it isn't, then Samsung is actually behind in customization than the IPhone in this regard)
Also Media Output should've been visible only on the notification bar or the quicksettings status bar, not BOTH.
The default clock widget still does not allow for styles that match the lock screen clock. Now I know that the lockscreen is its own entity containing its own internal designed clock, but that clock has so many more options to customize its style than the actual widget clock.
The expanded folder option is a limited option meaning its only really useful on the Home Screen since App Screen doesn't have this option which seems like a missed opportunity.
The app screen for some reason only allows you to have a vertical list if its following an alphabetical order. Really Samsung, couldn't make it so that the custom ordered App Screen simply follows a vertical drawer instead of a horizontal one ?

How much does Galaxy adapt Android?
It just seems strange that we get a new UI from Samsung but have to put up with Google forcing stuff on us. My Samsung phone and Tablet appear to have two systems with near identical software. One from samsung one from google.
However I cannot use just one
