Getting absolutely no support from Samsung for what is supposed to be a flagship phone still in what is a functionally useless state for what I need which is sync'ing files with Google Drive and Sheets. It does one cell at a time. Chocolate teapot for anything worth getting out of bed for

Issue is that there is a fix for this well known consequence of the rush to knock out any old OneUI 7. The fix has been in pretty much all of the global channels for ages, but not XSG which is where I am (United Arab Emirates)

Wondering if anyone else has resolved it better than just getting repeated auto replies from the master ship which just generates standard offload: "Thanks for letting us know. We're going to pass this on to our experts. Once they find the root of the problem, we'll get back to you."

They never do. It being a former flagship of a brand that things it is Apple grade premium.

What's exactly the issue. Syncing how many files, what happens, any error messages. Any troubleshooting attempted.

Everything I could think of apart from flashing the thing. Including beta apps, latest apks in case Google fix Samsung's stack for them, all wireless hidden settings, all various view of sync impediments like battery constraints, also tried the reverse "I have tried everything I can think of to fix [problem], ask me some questions to solve it" to the most capable LLMs I can get at. They also say SammyWhatever bodge to reset upgrade channel by altering region or just flash using obvs naughty tools. Averse to doing that because of a) risk and b) belief thay Samsung ought to just do the right thing as it is so easy and just choose not to. Not doing their job for them. Though I am right here, right now grrrrr

One big Google sheet does it, the sort that runs on a think pad from 2011

No error messages other than warning messages that you will lose data after an arbitrary cell has saved
