I have had my Samsung S24 Ultra since release, upgrading from an S20+ and while I can see noticeable upgrades in some areas, the screen feels like a massive downgrade! Side by side the S20+ looks like the new phone! Everything seems clearer, brighter and more vibrant and vivid on the S20+. Nothing seems to fix the problem and looking online, a lot of people seem to be dissatisfied by the display on the S24 range.
I have asked Samsung support (via chat and email) if there will be updates to fix this issue in the future and just get the automated response saying this change is intentional?! I just don't understand why they would do this and I don't understand why they aren't listening to users who want the nice vivid screens we are used to with other Samsung phones/products (unless its an issue that cant be fixed via an update?)Does anyone think the issue will be fixed or should I look at returning and getting an S23 Ultra instead (which seems to have a much better screen)?
