I can't believe that after all this time and all these posts off Samsung users that they can't bring this one little function back , it's p**s poor service from the supposedly biggest phone manufacturers !! I'll be buying another make of phone next time that's for sure , with this edge night clock , the awful repair on my Samsung tablet , the appalling judder on my Samsung curved TV I'm slowly but surely loosing patience with Samsung products !!! So like everyone has been saying and asking for , for once look after your customers and make the edge clock ( timed ) work again !!!!!

Hi , thanks for your reply , I got it from Vodafone and now my contract is nearly finished I want to put a sim card in it off EE which is cheaper . If I try my wife's SIM in my phone I presume that will tell me if it's locked to Vodafone or not , she's on 3 network

The judder issue is when the picture suddenly judders for a few seconds then goes ok for a bit , it's to do with frame dropping etc I won't buy another Samsung because of it , I tht an update might fix it but no

I think the main thing that users of the MU series of TVs want sorting is the judder issue , it's very disappointing that a TV that looks so good and a picture that's so good is let down by this issue , the amount of people on here that won't buy another Samsung TV is worrying for Samsung , I for one won't cos of the juddder , I'll definitely buy another make , lg or Sony etc ....

Hi Phil , I totally understand what you're saying about turning off the auto motion but I don't actually have 4k so for me iam just using it as a HD TV , I turn it off because of the judder , I'd prefer to leave it on but I would rather have less judder , I won't ever buy another Samsung TV because of this , it is an absolute disgrace that no one at Samsung has thought about an upgrade to sort it

Hi all , I've tried the hdr+ setting on my ue49mu6500 TV and when watching sky hd the picture goes dim , is that what it does or does the TV need setting up again but with hdr+ turned on? Thanks

Have you tried removing the " tile " as they call it , then putting it in again , I have a ue49mu6500 . Does it actually say that you can record to a usb in the manual ?? Freeview that you're loosing , have you got your aerial coax cable in trunking or tied together with the hdmi cable ?? If so seperate them , I had issues and that was the cause , hope you get it sorted . If I was you I would turn off and unplug the TV , disconnect everything from the TV , turn it on and " factory reset " it not just soft reset as there is a soft type reset ....turn it back off , connect up and see how it goes

Tbh guys the judder issue is just unbelievable how Samsung haven't sorted it with an update , other manufacturers have the same issue tho when you do a Google search !! I know you get a bit of frame drop by turning off auto motion but doing that really does reduce the judder , also if you're watching sky , change the resolution to 720p , that'll get rid of 99% of judder too .
