Vivid mode on S24 Ultra has negligible change (Vivid Color Profile Issue)

I have noticed that my S24 Ultra's "Vivid Mode" makes a very little difference in the screen color.  If you toggle back and forth and attempt to adjust the color warmth, there is a very minor difference.

What ends up happening is a very Dull, Flat, Pale, Washed Out screen.

This appears to be a software issue as the Phones Screen is very capable of the full color spectrum.

I have compared my S23 Ultra vs the S24Ultra and if you toggle the Vivid mode on and off with the S23 Ultra you can see a very significant change which appears much more appealing with it toggled on.

This is incredibly disappointing to have the best phone Samsung has ever made and miss one of most significant functions of the phone.  SCREEN COLOR.

I am asking Samsung to please create a fix ASAP.  I still have 6 more days before I need to send my S23 Ultra in for my trade and if Samsung can't fix my S24 Ultra soon.  I will, like many others return the phone as it will appear that Samsung is refusing to listen to it's most loyal customer base.

Please Samsung, do not let me down.  Fix the Vivid Color Profile

Hi @louis Andre Vivid Mode has been discussed extensively in other threads, it is thought to be a software issue and whilst no guarantee and some mixed reports likely to be a software fix at some point. The Moderators have escalated the concerns and are awaiting an official response. Some do prefer Natural Mode which provides more accurate colours but should be option for those who like it more vibrant.
It would be beneficial for Members to raise issues in the threads I will link here, some tweaks which may or may not help also listed.

Anybody that upgraded from the S23series has wasted their money, the vivid mode issue and now reported it's failed the drop test worse than the S23 had previously. When you think of the cost of these devices it just makes you wonder.

After 9 days I got a reply to my error report of the screen issue. It would appear it is a stock reply as I had already stated vivid setting clearly not working as it should for them to suggest trying the vivid mode setting doh. Hopefully it's is not just how it's gonna be with dull screen. Samsung get your act together. Plenty of loyal fans getting cheesed off. I've had many flagship phones now and previously had an update as soon as it came out of the box to iron out many early issues and many had several pretty quick fixes issued. The early launch of this phone I believe led to the software not being entirely ready for launch. I've highlighted the screen issue but there are many more nuggly issues highlighted by many loyal fans. Please get an update fix out ASAP. It's terrible to hear people in a dilemma if whether to send devices back or not in limited timescale. The powers that be need to make an urgent statement on what is going on behind the scenes in response to the overwhelming feedback of S24 series issues..ASAP please 😠1707158107806.jpg

Roberto90pe posted this in another thread.  It's a hardware problem.  https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyS24Ultra/comments/1ajziic/closer_look_at_grainy_display_under_400x_om...

It seems that the Galaxy S24 Ultra has a display issue with the vivid mode, which makes it look similar to the natural mode. Samsung has confirmed that this is not a bug, but a feature, and they have no plans to fix it . However, some users have reported that this might be a software problem that could be solved by a firmware update .

Not everyone has a grain issue. Play a HDR video on YouTube. There is no problem with the colours. Samsung decided to make the interface use natural accurate colours. They can easily fix the problem with the colours not appearing vivid if they wish.
