For some reason my Samsung account region was in Jordan, so it automatically directed me to Jordan customer support. I could get support in English. I asked CS to forward me to my region because my issue is related to the local pricing of the Galaxy S24 on the official Samsung online shop. I managed to contact with Romanian CS (my region). I asked to get support in English but she said I could write in English but she would reply only in Romanian. Why do international companies like Samsung not have consistency in their system and why do I get support in a common language in one region but not another? If I'm temporarily living in a different country doesn't mean I have to speak the language at a level to explain my problem without being ridiculed by the local person. Also, I bought my previous Samsung phone from a completely different country which is registered in my account. I'm not a fan of Apple, but when I had to write them about the problem with the iPhone they supported me with the language I'm comfortable with and they even called me for support. No wonder why Samsung Trustpilot reviews are the absolute lowest.

The main issue is the pricing of the Galaxy S24 on the Samsung website which is more than 300 dollars more expensive than the other official sellers in Romania. But Samsung gives you a 250 $ 'discount' with code "Sweek", wow, amazing. This is called "fake discount" and 99% of drop shipping stores do it. I just didn't expect it from a big company like Samsung. In comparison, there is also the Huawei official store which currently gives you around 50$ for a watch or more discounts for more expensive devices and additional promotional packages that are genuine because other sellers don't offer lower prices than that.
I also got many times "bad gateway" errors while I was browsing websites to find out how to change the language on my Samsung Account, edit my profile, and email to CS. Additionally, the way they make it difficult to reach a person, can't even email, or talk to a bot for a while to finally be redirected to a rude CS person, etc. I believe it is deliberate to frustrate the customer to not deal with the issue. I'm sure many customers give up along the way and end up with unsolved problems. Overall, horrible experience that prevented me from buying other Samsung devices. I don't expect answers and "solutions" just wanted to point out the issues.

customer support offers support in language of the country it is in. Not everyone does or should speak English

why then do they accept my questions in English but can't answer in English? Why do I get support in English from CS in Jordan then, where the official language is Arabic? How international company like Samsung offer support to its clients that might be in a different country temporarily for a reason? I would agree if it is a local government organization, not an international company. Indeed, they should speak English.
