I have no ideia of what is happening to my phone.. I have a galaxy s24 ultra and a massage like the ones that say "System keeps crashing: info/close app" appears really fast and then just closes. I cant read what app is causing this because it pops up and then closes right away. I don't know what to do to solve this, I already updated the software and it keeps crashing. I hope someone can help me with this. (Sorry for bad english, it isn't my first language) Galaxy S24 Ultra

Feel free to respond in your first language if it's easier.

Firstly, boot into Safe mode and see if any third-party app is causing this.

1. Turn off the phone. 2. Turn on the phone. 3. Press and hold the Volume down button when the Samsung logo appears. 4. "Safe Mode" will appear in the bottom left corner of the screen.


Clear cache partition (won't lose phone data):
1. Turn off the device. 2. Connect to the computer, press and hold the Volume Up key, and then press and hold the Power key. 3. When the Android/Samsung logo displays, release both keys. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear. 4. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight "wipe cache partition". 5. Press the Power key to select. 6. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, then press the Power key to select. 7. When the wipe cache partition is complete, "Reboot system now" is highlighted. 8. Press the Power key to restart the device.

If all else fails then back up and factory reset but don't use the back up i.e set the phone up manually and download each App individually so if you experience a negative effect then uninstall that app and then carry on. 

A Samsung Service Centre can assess the phone if necessary.
